Research Punch Tile Cleaner 5L

PUNCH is a powerful, highly concentrated detergent for cleaning concrete, ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, porcelain and porous stone where it is common for soil to build up in the micro pores of the surface or collect in the ‘hills and valleys’ and grout. Regular cleaning procedures do not prevent the build-up or greying of the surface therefore the aggressive cleaning action of PUNCH penetrates into the pores to lift out old dirt. The results will be immediate, especially when auto scrubbing. Ideal for use in shopping centres, tiled washrooms and toilets, shower blocks, commercial kitchens, restaurants and car parks.

How to Use:

Initial Cleaning

1. Make the diluted solution as directed. 1 to 5 parts water.
2. Liberally apply detergent to floor by mop, spray or auto-scrub solution without vacuum on.
3. Allow detergent to stand for 5 to 15 minutes (re-apply if necessary, to keep solution wet).
4. Scrub with clean water in solution tank to rinse.
5. Thoroughly rinse with clean water and pick-up with wet/dry vacuum.

Maintenance Cleaning

(Mop & bucket)

1. Make the diluted solution as directed. 1 to 40-60 parts water.
2. Mop over surface and rinse with clean water.

(Auto scrubbing)

1. Polypropylene, Nylon or Tynex brushes should be used in the order of severity of soil. Polypropylene for the lightest soil, Tynex for the heaviest. 1 to 50 – 200 parts water (vary dilution to suit soil level).
2. Once per week, usually on the lightest traffic day, scrub with water only.
3. If soil removal is not responding use SPLASH diluted 1 to 100 instead of plain water (only required on weekly basis).

Concrete Car Park Floors

1. Sweep then apply GREASE RELEASE or ORANGE SOLV GP as directed to oil spills and allow soaking. 1 to 25 parts water (Approx. 3L per 80L of water).
2. Make the diluted solution as directed or fill the scrubber solution tank with required volume of water followed by recommended volume of PUNCH.
3. Scrub area with vacuum and squeegee off.
4. Double scrub greasy areas.
5. If trails are left behind, quickly return with a damp mop and bucket to remove the excess water before it dries.
6. Pick up solution and perform final rinse with clean water.
